About the Role
Build the core control + perception stack for humanoids in real facilities.
Key Requirements
- •Stand up tele-op rigs and simulation workflows.
- •Integrate sensors, planning, and safety systems.
- •Deliver robust lab → field demos and first on-site pilots.
- •Be the first robotics engineer; grow into Director of Robotics.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement control systems for humanoid robots
- •Develop perception systems for real-world industrial environments
- •Create simulation environments for testing and validation
- •Build teleoperation interfaces and workflows
- •Lead technical integration with hardware and software teams
Qualifications
You: 4–8+ years in robotics (controls/perception), C++/Python, sim tools (Isaac, Gazebo), proven ability to ship from lab to field.
Nice to Have
- •Experience with humanoid or legged robotics
- •Background in reinforcement learning or imitation learning
- •Published research in robotics or related fields
- •Experience deploying robots in industrial settings
