Business Development

Help factories adopt humanoid labor from pilot to scale.

  • Build pipeline of industrial customers (manufacturing, logistics, 3PL).
  • Run site walk-throughs, scope pilots, close paid contracts.
  • Own GTM playbook: pricing, ROI models, and partnerships.
  • Be the first business hire; grow into Head of GTM/BD.

You: 4–8+ years in industrial BD/sales, strong technical fluency, comfortable on factory floors and in exec rooms.

Founding Roboticist (Controls & Perception)

Robotics Engineering

Build the core control + perception stack for humanoids in real facilities.

  • Stand up tele-op rigs and simulation workflows.
  • Integrate sensors, planning, and safety systems.
  • Deliver robust lab → field demos and first on-site pilots.
  • Be the first robotics engineer; grow into Director of Robotics.

You: 4–8+ years in robotics (controls/perception), C++/Python, sim tools (Isaac, Gazebo), proven ability to ship from lab to field.

Generalist Operator

Operations

Be the Swiss Army knife of a fast-moving robotics startup—tackling high-impact projects across growth, ops, and strategy.

  • Drive 0→1 projects: recruiting ops, partnership outreach, fundraising support, customer pilots, internal systems.
  • Work directly with founders on strategic initiatives and critical execution gaps.
  • Own key metrics and outcomes—whether it's pipeline growth, operational efficiency, or team velocity.
  • Path to Chief of Staff, Head of Growth, or Head of Operations based on strengths and company needs.

You: 2–6 years in high-growth startups, consulting, or ops roles. Extremely resourceful, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity. Technical fluency a plus.
